# Depositing funds

This instruction is for replenishing Exchange Account on Bybit via blockchain. In ITradingBot, you receive details of your selected sub-account and send the transfer from your own wallet or another exchange. The money goes to Bybit.

### Select a sub-account

1. In the switch, in the dashboard header, select the Exchange Account you want by name.
2. Open the Activities → Add or go to the add page. — [The page to fill in](https://app.itradingbot.net/deposit)
3. In the Add-in Address block, check the **Account name** and **Account UID**. The receipts are for this sub-account.

If the sub-account is still being created, wait for the preparation. With the status Connected the address can already be accessed in this case the page will display the corresponding message. If you have an error or access is suspended, follow the explanation in the dashboard.

The deposits point appears for the Exchange Account. If you have your own Bybit or Binance API account, switch to the desired sub-account. For more details on the modes in the connection method selection. — [Selecting the connection method](/en/account/exchange-accounts/choosing-a-connection-method.md)

### Select the coin and the net

In **The coin** field, select the asset you want to send. You can use a quick search or a quick selection of popular coins.

Then select **The network**. It must match the delivery network in the wallet or on the exchange. A single name of a coin is not enough: one asset can be maintained in multiple networks.

The list of coins and nets comes from Bybit. If the network indicates not available, you can't get the details for it now. After the change of the coin, the network is selected again.

### Check the details and conditions

The **Address** is the recipient's receipt. Click Copy next to it or use the QR code on your page. Once you've inserted it, check the address again.

**Tag / Memo** additional accessories for some coins and networks. If the field is displayed, copy it to the corresponding field at the sender. The QR code in ITradingBot contains only addresses and does not replace Tag/Memo.

The **Minimum amount** and network confirmations are shown below. Check the current values for the selected coin and network; they can change. When entering the amount, take into account the sender's commission to ensure that the amount received is as low as possible. A prefix means no loaded value, not a zero minimum.

The contract address, if shown, is a token and helps to verify the asset. It cannot be substituted for the recipient's **Address** in the Address field.

Send only the selected coin to the selected network. A non-supported transfer or missed Tag/Memo may result in a loss of funds; the possibility of a refund is not guaranteed. Consider the page warning about smart contracts.

### Send the transfer

1. Open your wallet or the sender's exchange to withdraw the cryptocurrency via the blockchain.
2. Please specify the selected coin, the same network and the address copied. Add a Tag/Memo if it was specified in ITradingBot.
3. Check the receipt, the amount and the commission, and then confirm the transfer with the sender.
4. Keep the transaction ID Txid. It'll be useful for checking the transfer.

Getting the address or clicking Copy does not send funds. After the actual transmission, the transfer is confirmed by the network and processed by Bybit; the transaction in the blockchain explorer does not yet mean sub-accounting.

### Watch the history.

At the bottom of the page is the History of deposits. This is the coin, the network, the sum, the address, the Txid, the status and the date. Selecting the coin above also filters the history; the Show button also loads the following entries if they are available.

This page is asking for refills in the last 30 days. It's not an archive of all the transfers from time to time. As long as the page is open and there is a connection, the history is updated automatically.

* **Waiting for confirmation** transfer awaits the necessary network confirmation.
* In processing Bybit processes a deposits.
* The exchange transferred the status of the subscription. Check the current balance and available amounts in the asset review. — [the assets review](/en/account/funds/assets-and-collateral.md)
* The exchange reported a failed refill, and the reason for that is to be clarified.
* Waiting for admission to the pool and Admission to the pool Individual processing states through Bybit's funding pool. They're no substitute for checking the available balance.
* **Unknown** The page has no recognized status of transfer. Don't think it's a confirmation of the admission.

If there is a link **In the blockchain explorer** next to the transfer, it opens the transaction in the relevant network blockchain explorer. For some networks, the link may not be available.

The number of credentials for inclusion does not mean that the funds are already available for deduction: Bybit has separate checks and restrictions. The mode device is described in the article [How to set up an Exchange Account](/en/company/how-exchange-account-mode-works.md).

### If the deposits doesn 't appear

Check the selected sub-account, coin and network, connection status and message on the page. If the network is inaccessible, wait for it to be restored; do not substitute old requisites for a failed request.

Translate is sent, but the lines are not yet there. The absence of a record in the downloaded list does not in itself prove a loss of funds. Do not send a second transfer just because the display is delayed.

There's confirmation, but the funds are not available. In addition to network processing, Bybit may be restricted or subject to additional checks.

If the situation is not clear, [Please write to support ITradingBot](https://t.me/ITradingBot_Support). Please indicate the coin, the network, the amount, the time of delivery and Txid. Do not pass passwords, PINs, authentication codes or API secrets to anyone.
