# Binance: robot tasks and active trades

On the [Binance robot](https://app.itradingbot.net/binance-robot) page, you can find tasks, change their settings, and verify trades. This is a typical Binance robot. The task keeps the trading rules, and the active trade block shows the trades that are connected to it.

If you haven't created a task yet, start with the Binance instructions: Task One and Run. — [Binance: first task and launch](/en/binance-robot/binance-first-task-and-launch.md)

### Find the right task

Enter a name or trading pair in the **Name or pair** field. You can also select tasks by status, name, pair, direction and signal. All the conditions are valid at the same time.

The status filter has All, On and Off. The task involved may expect the launch conditions: this state alone does not mean that the trade is already open.

Clicking on the title of the column sorted changes the order of the lines. In the desktop version, the list is broken down into 50 pages of tasks; for a long list, the Show All switch is available. The update button lists the tasks and transactions.

### Manage a task

Open the multipoint menu in the right row.

* Change open the task settings to edit. After you save it, check the values in the updated task.
* Copy open the form of the creation with the moved parameters. The new task will come after a separate creation. If you're preparing it for further verification, select Create a form disabled before sending.
* Turn on/off send the task change command after confirmation. Then check her status.
* Delete send the deletion command after confirmation. Make sure the task you want is gone from the updated list.

The missile icon, when it's available, sends a separate launch team. It's a trading operation: check the settings, restrictions and existing trades before you click. The sending of the team does not confirm the execution of the order.

To test the idea for history, use the Backtester of the task line. It opens separately with the parameters moved; the results on the history do not guarantee the future result.

### Check the selection before the group command

Mark the lines and look at the **Group operations** counter. The common bar selects the entire filter-appropriate list of no active transactions, including tasks on other pages. The previously mentioned tasks can remain selected after the filter is changed.

After checking the set, use Selected to enable, **Selected to disable**, or **Selected to delete**, and then confirm the action. Wait for the update and check every line you need. If some of the tasks are missed or there is an error, first find out the result for them.

Group change is available for a compatible set: at least two tasks of one currency group and one signal mode. The ISignal edit must also match the indicator sets. Check the currency and the fields of the form that you have opened; if not, change the tasks separately.

The Copy in Group Operations button copies the link to the configuration of the selected tasks. It's available when the settings are compatible to be transferred by one set. Before sending a link, consider that the recipient will see the strategy settings.

### What chooses Active tasks

This flag shows the tasks that have an active trade and automatically marks the entire set. Other filters can hide some of the lines, but the hidden active tasks remain in the group selection.

Before you turn off Select, check the counter and remove the other filters to see the entire set. The shutdown of a task is not a confirmation of the closure of an already open position: its condition is checked separately.

### Look at the active trade.

In **The active trades** block, find the right task. This shows the launch time, the entry price, the number of coins and the parameters of the task. Click **More data** to reveal the related warrants.

Canceling a trade cancels the order for that trade and stops its operation. The open balance of the position can be kept on the exchange.

Closing a trade cancels a trade order and sends a market order to close the remaining position. The execution takes place at market prices.

Every team needs confirmation. After sending, update the data and check the order and position on the exchange: missing a line or closing a confirmation window does not prove execution.

The Open link in the terminal helps you to access the tool. Check the Binance exchange, the correct account and the trading pair.

### Cycles and repeats

The Cycle column shows the value for the task. The setting tip warns that subsequent cycles may be started without re-checking the initial conditions. Consider this before you start the task.

The value press in the active trade opens the question "Are you confirming the discontinuation of the cycles?" The drop makes the current cycle the last in this series. The robot continues to accompany him; the orders already issued by this command remain unchanged. After confirmation, check the status.

If you need to stop future signal entries, turn off the signal task separately. Disconnecting the current series and disconnecting the signal solve different tasks. Stopping the robot in settings is not a command to cancel orders or close positions.

### Check the task signals

Click the name of the signal in the taskbar. For ISignal, indicator and filter cards with the latest values are opened. Compare the condition, its role and the signal time.

The signal does not confirm the trade: the rest of the terms and conditions of the task and the restrictions must be fulfilled, and the order must be executed on the exchange. Check the results on active trades and orders.

For TradingView, the window contains task management links. Do not publish them or include them in open screenshots.

### If the record is in Blocked

This block shows pairs, directions and entry prices from the blocked position list. Update the list and use **Open in the terminal** to check the correct position and its order.

The Close trade button in this block doesn't send the closing command right now. Check and execute the required action in the terminal, checking the account and pair.

If the data is not updated or the command has ended up being an error, check the connection and status of the service in the settings of the Binance robot. — [Binance robot settings](https://app.itradingbot.net/binance-robot-settings) Before the trading team returns, find out what happened to the task, orders and position.
