Creating API keys for Tiger
Connect your Binance account from Tiger.com Broker to the Binance robot in ITradingBot. The key is created in the broker's office, then added to the robot's connection settings.
Before you create a key
Prepare to access Tiger.com Broker and your authenticator. Log in to ITradingBot and complete the mandatory Telegram link.
Check that you are using the right account: your Binance account and your Binance account via Tiger.com Broker separate accounts. — See more information in the Tiger
Create a key in the Tiger.com Broker
In the Tiger.com Broker office, select the Binance exchange.
Open The API section and click New API key +.
Enter a clear name for the key. Turn on the rights to trade. In Tiger, this is a common permission for Spot, Futures USDS-M and Futures COIN-M. The reading rights are already enabled and always active.
If you use an IP restriction, fill in the IP addresses with the ITradingBot connection in mind. Please specify the current server addresses in ITradingBot support. — support for ITradingBot With the restriction on, trade requests from other IPs will be rejected.
Confirm the action with Google Authenticator and click Create an API key.
Keep the API key and secret key in a secure location, then press Ready. The secret is only shown once; if it's lost, you'll need to create a new key.
These steps are described in Tiger's official instructions for Binance. — official Tiger instructions for Binance
Add the key to ITradingBot
For the new robot:
Open up the Binance robot. — How to create a Binance robot
Read the terms, sign your consent, and click Create a Robot.
In the connection window, select Tiger.com.
Enter values in the Api Key and Api Secret fields, then click Add.
Wait for the results. If the key is taken and the robot is created, the robot's settings will open.
If the robot is already built but the API key is not connected yet, open the Binance Robot Settings. — Configuration of the Binance robot In the API block, click Add API, select Tiger.com Broker, and fill out the same form.
If the working key is already connected, do not remove it or choose another connection just to go through this instruction again.
Check the connection
In the robot settings, check that the API block has a line with a part of the key added. Before you launch, check the robot's settings separately and prepare the tasks. Adding a key does not in itself confirm the willingness of the settings to trade.
If the connection is not complete, read the message on the screen and verify that the key and secret are copied from the same pair of keys of the required Binance account Tiger.com Broker.
When you contact ITradingBot support, please specify how to connect Tiger.com and the error text. — support for ITradingBot Do not send the keys or authenticator codes yourself; hide them and your personal information in the screenshots.
