# Preset catalog

Press an example of a configuration with the result of calculating on historical data. In the stop-gap catalog, you can look at the parameters and conditions of the signal, study the result, then open the settings in the Backtester or robot constructor. — [The list of prepositions](https://app.itradingbot.net/presets)

### Find the right card

1. Open the directory. It has separate universal precepts, precepts for a particular asset and precepts for impulses.
2. In the appropriate section, select the exchange, asset, category of access FREE or PRO and the long or short route.
3. You can click Search. Filters and results pages are separate sections.
4. Open the appropriate card settings. **The strategy** description button shows an explanation for the example.

Catalog category helps to find examples. The name universal does not confirm the same result on all assets, and the FREE or PRO mark itself does not describe all the terms of your account.

### What to check in the precinct

First, compare the exchange, the asset, the direction, the leverage and the initial settlement deposit. Then open the settings, the volume and risk controls, the entry conditions, the filters and the exit conditions.

Alongside the chart, the dates of the calculation, the number of transactions, their average duration and the results are shown. These figures are for a historical example. Monthly profit on the card does not mean the promised income for the next month.

For comparison, consider the time period and settings of the calculation. The model's boundaries are described in the article [Parameters and limitations of the model](/en/tools/calculations-and-verification/backtester-model-parameters-and-limitations.md). Historical results do not guarantee the outcome of real trade.

### Open the press in the Backtester

1. Press Backtest on the card. The form opens with the settings moved.
2. Compare the asset, the period, the settlement mode, the deposit, the leverage, the commission, the grid parameters and all the signal conditions.
3. Check the fields before you do the new calculations: a directory transfer can set values for individual parameters, so the form should not be considered an exact copy of all the original data.
4. If necessary, change the conditions of the check and start the calculation separately. The card itself doesn't start it.

The storage and breakdown of the new result is described in the article Results of the Backtester. — [Backtest results](/en/tools/calculations-and-verification/backtester-results-and-archive.md)

If a preset contains a break-even stop, **To Backtest** transfers both values. After the form opens, verify that BYBIT is selected and hedge is disabled.

The **To Robot** action does not transfer the break-even stop from a catalog card. After a supported Bybit Exchange Account form opens, enable it manually and verify trigger and level again. The catalog opens the form through the pinned tab and cannot safely determine the target robot's support in advance. See [Break-even stop](/en/tools/calculations-and-verification/break-even-stop.md).

### Open the press in the robot constructor

1. Click Create a task in the card. The robot page of the relevant exchange opens with the completed form.
2. Check the selected connection and asset. Then compare the volume of the first order, leverage, grid, exit, number of cycles and signal conditions.
3. Make sure that the transferred parameters are supported by the selected robot. The field of calculation and trading tasks differ: for example, dates of historical period and model commission do not become settings of the exchange execution.
4. You can't create a task until you've checked the form. The button in the catalog opens the designer; the creation is confirmed on the robot's page.

Presses are designed to study and independently check settings. The presence of an example in the catalogue does not prove its suitability for your account or future market conditions.
