Monitoring
The monitoring gathers the available history of Binance and Bybit futures trades: individual trades, trading results, volume, commissions and funding. The data is for the selected exchange account, not automatically for one robot.
Select the account and the period
Open the Monitoring menu in the panel. — Monitoring On the computer, the page is called "My trades".
Select the exchange and the required connection in the App key field. This list may also include your exchange sub-accounts with their names.
Please specify the currency of the calculation in the field Assets and, if necessary, a separate trading pair in the field Active.
Select a ready period or enter the beginning and end in the calendar. Day and Month use the current local calendar; Week the last seven days.
After changing the dates or filters, click Show. Selecting the ready period updates the data immediately.
If you're not connected, set up your exchange account first. The page suggests switching to terminal settings or to robot settings. — The terminal settings
This is a personal section: a link to the monitoring page does not give another person access to your trades. Once he gets in, he'll see the data on the accounts he has access to.
Distinguish between trade results and expenses
Profit and PnL. In these blocks, the trading result is shown separately from the fees and funding. It's not the same as a final change in the balance sheet.
Commission and funding, shown separately, with currency indicated. Consider the sign of the fund and do not fold the sums in different coins as one currency.
The volume describes the turnover of the trades, not the amount of the deposit. The distribution of longs and shorts shows the sides of the deal, not the share of the profits.
The overall statistics are based on closed trades for the selected period. The list may contain open trades, so the number of cards and the number of trades in the statistics do not have to match. The closed trade is in the closing period.
For comparison, select the same accounts, currency and period. On the daily schedule, the intervals are tied to UTC. When checking the amounts, look for the currency you have chosen: in the desktop version, a separate chart hint can show USDT and when you choose USDC.

The card shows the pair, the direction, the opening or closing status, the time, the average prices, the volume, the commission and the funding. If the source of the orders is identified, the source icon and the trade number may appear; the absence of the number does not mean the absence of the trade itself.
The open trade has not yet reached a final outcome. Don't compare her current card to a trade already completed as a tie.
Additional breakdowns in the Binance desktop terminal details, display of the trade on the chart and summary of selected closed trades are described in the article Binance: trade history and results. — Binance: history of transactions and results
Monitoring on the phone
The same section opens in the mobile representation. The exchange and account are at the top, the rest of the parameters are under the Filter button. After you enter your own date range, click Show.
The buttons General statistics and List of transactions switch the representation. Clicking on the body of the card opens up the details of the trade and the list of its entry and exit orders.
If you select multiple currencies, the total can be signed USD. It's a sum of the numbers, not a conversion at the current rate. To check the result in a particular currency, select it separately.
If the data hasn 't been released yet ,
The history is being loaded and recounted with delay. The Update button asks for new data, but does not guarantee an immediate end to synchronization.
Bybit mobile monitoring may display the preparation of a list of characters, the download process, the update time or Update error. While the download continues, the amounts visible may be incomplete. The desktop page does not have such an indicator.
If you have an empty list, check the account, currency, pair and period. If you're not on the exchange, update the page and compare one particular trade. To contact support, you will need a pair, a time with a clock belt and the error text; hide secret keys and personal data on the screenshot.
